As RoundPoint continued to grow, their existing website needed an update to reflect the needs of modern users and the brand’s evolving identity. User journeys were not intuitive and important resources—like FAQs and payment tools—were hard to find or cumbersome to use. RoundPoint also wanted to add interactive tools to guide users through key decisions, such as estimating mortgage payments or exploring loan options.
Solution
We partnered with RoundPoint to create an intuitive, engaging and straightforward digital experience, starting with a new sitemap informed by competitor research, analytics, and customer behavior. This structure provided clarity and scalability across the site.
Working alongside a third-party designer, we ensured the new pages were both responsive and aligned with the updated brand system. To deepen user engagement and encourage action:
- We developed a branded mortgage calculator that’s easy to use and visually intuitive.
- We implemented a streamlined lead capture flow to support conversion goals.
- We integrated the lead form with RoundPoint’s CRM, enabling their team to automatically route, track, and follow up with qualified leads—closing the loop between marketing and sales.
- We redesigned the FAQs into a searchable, modular system—making information easier to find and maintain over time and increasing self-service options for customers.
The result is a modernized, user-centered site that reflects RoundPoint’s values and supports their customers every step of the way.
